Equipment use: Full hydraulic forging machine is suitable for producing long shafts, discs, rings, thick plates and square billets and other free forging forgings, able to clamp the workpiece with the free forging hydraulic press to complete the forging operation of the workpiece, to achieve the free forging of all kinds of material ingots (billets) in the hot state, to fully meet the requirements of the forging factory forging process such as upsetting, pulling long, punching, expanding the ring and cutting off.

Function of the equipment: The full hydraulic forging operator adopts full hydraulic drive to achieve the same operation with the press, and can realise various forms of forging control modes (manual control mode, automatic control mode) with the free forging hydraulic press.

Its structure is designed as a whole wall plate structure, can clamp the forging to complete seven kinds of action: ① car body forward / backward, ② jaws clamping / unclamping, ③ clamp head forward / reverse, ④ clamp body parallel rise / fall, ⑤ clamp head up / down, ⑥ clamp body left / right side shift, ⑦ clamp body left / right side swing. The operator also has the functions of clamping and holding pressure on the clamp head, vertical up and down-horizontal forward and backward-right and left rotation buffer of the clamp body, automatic levelling of the clamp body, automatic alignment of the clamp body, etc., and it can achieve the accurate positioning of the car body travelling and the rotation of the clamp head.
