In accordance with the “Interim Measures for the Hierarchical Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the “Implementation Rules for the Hierarchical Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Qingdao,” and the “Notice on Organizing the Identification and Re-examination of Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises for 2025,” after undergoing procedures including enterprise applications, recommendations from districts and cities, review by third-party agencies, and public announcement, 1,363 enterprises—including Qingdao Huachuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.—have been identified as Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises for 2025 (list provided in the attachment). The validity period is three years (from July 31, 2025, to July 30, 2028). This announcement is hereby made.
